主席各位代表:今天我将天津市一年来镇压反革命活动的情况作一个简略的报告。镇压反革命活动是目前全国人民最关心的一个问题,也是抗美援朝运动中重要斗争之一。过去一年来我们在执行镇压与宽大相结合的政策中,严厉打击了反革命破坏活动,在保护人民上取得了极大的成绩。津市一九五○年共破获有组织的美蒋特务反革命案七九件,缴获电台六部,逮捕人犯四二九名,同时期内破获抢匪案三三○起,捕获人犯五五九名,逮捕反动封建脚行首恶份子六十九名,取缔了世界新佛教会反动组织逮捕首恶份子二十四名;并对一部份罪大恶极,怙恶不悛的反革命份子在取得确实证据后给予了严厉的镇压,应杀与必杀的判处死刑连旧案共有八九名,判处长期徒刑的连旧案共有六九六名,对那些罪不致死尚可改造的进行了拘押,强迫劳动改造,对一般参加反革命活动的普通份子分别进行了一定时期 PRESIDENT: Today I give a brief report on the one-year crackdown on counter-revolutionary activities in Tianjin.
