H13钢具有良好的热强性、红硬性、较高的韧性和抗热疲劳性能,被广泛用于铝合金压铸模及挤压铸模。然而使用中常因H13钢耐铝液腐蚀性能不足,导致模具提前失效,并造成铝液污染。表面处理可显著提高H13钢的耐铝液腐蚀性能。目前对H13钢耐铝液腐蚀表面处理的研究主要集中于化学热处理及表面涂层。通过总结国内外的研究成果,分析了各种化学热处理技术及表面涂层工艺,对其制备、耐铝液腐蚀性能和应用情况等进行了阐述,同时也展望了提升H13钢耐铝液腐蚀性能表面处理的研究趋势。
H13 steel has good thermal strength, red hardness, high toughness and thermal fatigue resistance, is widely used in aluminum alloy die casting and extrusion die. However, the use of H13 steel often due to lack of corrosion resistance of aluminum liquid, leading to early failure of the mold, and lead to aluminum pollution. Surface treatment can significantly improve the H13 steel resistance to molten aluminum corrosion. At present, the study on surface treatment of H13 steel resistant to molten aluminum mainly focuses on chemical heat treatment and surface coating. By summarizing the research results at home and abroad, various chemical heat treatment techniques and surface coating technology were analyzed, the preparation, corrosion resistance and application of aluminum-resistant liquid were described, and also to improve the corrosion resistance of molten aluminum solution of H13 steel Research trends of surface treatment.
