目的总结品管圈活动在提高儿科家属满意度方面的价值,以更好地开展儿科工作。方法将该院2016年1—11月儿科门诊收治治疗的160例患儿进行实验组、参照组随机分组,每组80例。实验组采取品管圈活动护理模式,参照组采取常规护理模式,对比两组家属护理满意度以及护理技术评分、门诊环境评分、服务态度评分、护患沟通评分。结果两组儿科家长满意度以及护理评分结果对比,实验组均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科门诊开展品管圈活动,能够提高门诊患儿家长的满意度以及护理工作评分情况,符合儿科需求,在提高患儿护理服务的基础上,强化家长儿科疾病知识知晓率,建议推广实施。
Objective To summarize the value of QC activities in improving the satisfaction of pediatric dependents in order to better perform pediatric work. Methods A total of 160 children admitted to Pediatric Clinic from January to November in 2016 were enrolled in the experimental group. The reference group was randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The experimental group took the quality control circle activity nursing mode and the reference group took the conventional nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction and nursing technical score, outpatient environmental rating, service attitude score and nurse-patient communication score of two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of parents and scores of nursing scores in both groups were better than those in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pediatric outpatient activities of quality control circle can improve parents’ satisfaction and score of nursing work in outpatients, meet pediatric needs and enhance awareness of pediatric disease knowledge based on the improvement of pediatric care services.
