This paper introduces a chain-rail traction mechanism used in shearer’s single circular arc profile drive wheel, analyzes the kinematic characteristics, gives the tooth profile equation and the tooth profile coordinates of the NC machining, and deduces the relationship between the traction speed and Traction rate of fluctuation law.
