Aim To study the effective awareness time and related factors of pilots, which has practical application value to aviation health work. Methods Acute hypoxia training data of pilots in the past 10 years were collected and statistically analyzed according to age, job title, aircraft type and flight time. The flight crew were then divided into five age groups, each group randomly selected 120 cases, the effective awareness of each group time t test. Models and job groups and statistical analysis methods with the same age group, but the number of cases were different, respectively, 95 cases and 130 cases. Results The effective awareness time was longer (P <0.05) for those aged above 31, flight instructors and F-5 units. Conclusions There are differences in the sensitivity and tolerability of different aerobatics to acute hypoxia. Some of the mechanisms are quite clear and some are difficult to explain. For further study.
