词汇教学向来是英语教学必不可少的一部分,但往往最基础的也是最容易被忽视的。根据多年的教学观察,笔者发现在高职英语教学中,由于词汇的基础性,不少教师对词汇教学并不重视,使词汇学习在大多数情况下就是一个单调的记忆行为,导致高职学生对词汇的学习缺乏兴趣,随之词汇的记忆量也就越发减少。因此,高职教师对词汇教学要重视起来,采用科学、合理、有趣的词汇教学策略,激发学生学习词汇的兴趣,为学生的英语学习打下坚实的基础。
Vocabulary teaching has always been an essential part of English teaching, but often the most basic and most easily overlooked. According to years of teaching and observation, I found that in vocational English teaching, due to the basic vocabulary, many teachers do not attach importance to vocabulary teaching, vocabulary learning in most cases is a monotonous memory behavior, leading to vocational students Lack of interest in vocabulary learning, along with the vocabulary of memory will be more and more reduced. Therefore, vocational teachers should pay more attention to vocabulary teaching and adopt a scientific, reasonable and interesting vocabulary teaching strategy to stimulate students ’interest in learning vocabulary and lay a solid foundation for students’ English learning.
