研究了制备态和退火态Zn1-xCoxO非匀质磁性半导体的极向克尔谱,发现通过调制样品成分和退火处理,可以大幅度调制极向克尔谱。退火后样品的磁光克尔旋转角得到显著增强,克尔角最大值达到0.72°,这是由于退火后样品变成了Co颗粒和Zn1-xCoxO磁性半导体的纳米复合体系。
The polar Kerr spectra of Zn1-xCoxO heterogeneous magnetic semiconductors prepared and annealed were investigated. It was found that the polar ker spectrum can be significantly modulated by modulating the composition of the sample and annealing. After annealing, the magneto-optical Kerr rotation angle of the sample was significantly enhanced. The maximum Kerr angle reached 0.72 °. This was due to the annealed sample becoming a nanocomposite of Co particles and Zn1-xCoxO magnetic semiconductors.
