目的 :为探讨局灶性脑缺血对大鼠大脑皮质神经细胞Bax ,Bcl- 2基因表达的影响 ,方法 :采用免疫组织化学ABC法 ,检测了局灶性脑缺血后 6h大鼠大脑皮质Bax ,Bcl- 2的表达 .结果 :正常组及假手术组 ,Bax ,Bcl- 2的免疫阳性物主要分布于锥体细胞层 ,胞浆染色 .缺血 6h后 ,神经元Bax ,Bcl- 2的平均灰度分别为 73 1± 6 6和 10 7 7± 9 1,分别较对照组 84 7± 4 4和 91 3± 5 5减少和增加 (P <0 0 5 ) .表明缺血后Bax含量增加 ,Bcl- 2含量减少 .提示 :缺血致大脑皮质神经元凋亡可能与Bax ,Bcl- 2表达变化有关
Objective: To investigate the effects of focal cerebral ischemia on the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in cerebral cortex neurons in rats. Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in rat cerebral cortex Bax and Bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results: Immunohistochemical staining of Bax and Bcl-2 in the normal group and sham operation group mainly distributed in the pyramidal cell layer and cytoplasm staining.After ischemia for 6h, the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 (P <0.05), the mean gray values of the two groups were 73 1 ± 6 6 and 10 7 7 ± 9 1, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group 84 7 ± 4 4 and 91 3 ± 5 5 (P 0 05) And increase the content of Bcl-2, suggesting that the apoptosis of cerebral cortex neurons induced by ischemia may be related to the changes of Bax and Bcl-2 expression
