本文探讨了汽车空调平行流蒸发器换热性能的分析方法。将平行流蒸发器沿制冷剂流动方向划分为小的计算单元,每一单元采用ε-NTU(传热效率-传热单元)算法,计算出各个单元的换热量,从而可以得出整个换热器的换热性能分布特性。计算使用的输入条件和部件实验测试条件一致,使本文的分析方法和结果具有很强的实用性。
This paper discusses the analysis of the heat transfer performance of a parallel flow evaporator for automotive air conditioners. The parallel flow evaporator is divided into small calculation units along the flow direction of the refrigerant. The ε-NTU (Heat Transfer Efficiency - Heat Transfer Unit) algorithm of each unit is used to calculate the heat exchange of each unit, Heat exchanger performance distribution characteristics. The input conditions used in the calculation are consistent with the experiment conditions of the components, which make the analysis methods and results of this article have strong practicability.
