基于硬齿面滚剃刀齿形的制造方法 ,分别采用直线、圆弧、双曲线拟合法对滚剃刀法截面齿形进行了近似造型。近似造型误差计算结果表明 ,直线拟合法误差较大 ,但砂轮修整简单 ;圆弧拟合法误差最小 ,但砂轮修整稍难 ;双曲线拟合法误差很小且砂轮修整简单
Based on the manufacturing method of the tooth profile of the hard tooth surface roller razor, the profile of the roller razor method is approximated by the method of straight line, arc and hyperbolic fitting respectively. The approximate modeling errors show that the error of the straight line fitting method is large, but the dressing of the grinding wheel is simple; the error of the arc fitting method is the smallest but the dressing of the grinding wheel is difficult; the error of the hyperbolic fitting method is small and the dressing of the grinding wheel is simple
