我们从上小学起就知道中国有四大发明。指南针是我们发明的,但是在航天航海上却落后世界先进水平一截子。火药是我们发明的,但是近代以来却经常挨老外的洋枪洋炮,这使我们感到非常憋气。但是,中国食文化对世界做出的四大贡献,却是有目共睹的事实,很是让我们扬眉吐气。其中佼佼者,便是大豆与豆腐。中国的大豆及豆腐的传播,为世界开拓了一个优质的植物蛋白资源,这是中国人民对世界的重大贡献。
We have learned from the elementary school that there are four great inventions in China. The compass was invented by us, but it lagged behind the advanced world standards in space navigation. Gunpowder was invented by us, but in recent times it has always been the foreigners’ guns and guns that made us feel very suffocated. However, the four major contributions made by the Chinese food culture to the world are obvious to all. It is so proud of us. One of the best, is soybeans and tofu. The spread of soybean and tofu in China has opened up a good source of plant protein resources to the world. This is a major contribution made by the Chinese people to the world.
