临终关怀是对生命即将结束的患者及其家属提供全面的身心照顾[1] ,满足病人的身心需要,尽可能的减轻临终患者生理、心理、精神上的痛苦,增加患者的舒适度提高患者的生存质量,维护临终患者的尊严,使他们安详地、舒适地并有尊严的渡过人生最好的旅程.
