以EH36钢为实验研究对象,分析了EH36钢自动化立焊后焊缝热影响区的组织形貌,探索了EH36钢再热作用对焊缝组织的影响,同时对EH36钢焊缝硬度进行了测量。结果表明,EH36钢焊缝附近热影响区可以分为过热区、完全正火区和不完全正火区。EH36钢焊缝两侧热影响区的硬度值明显大于EH36钢焊缝和母材的硬度值,第二层硬度值的平均值整体高于自动化立焊的硬度值。
Taking EH36 steel as the experimental research object, the microstructure of HAZ of EH36 steel after vertical welding was analyzed, and the effect of EH36 steel reheating on the microstructure of the weld was also discussed. At the same time, the weld hardness of EH36 steel was measured . The results show that the heat affected zone near the weld of EH36 steel can be divided into overheated zone, complete normalized zone and incomplete normalized zone. The hardness of heat affected zone on both sides of EH36 steel weld is obviously greater than that of EH36 steel weld and base metal. The average value of the second layer hardness is higher than that of automatic vertical welding.
