采用干湿法纺丝工艺纺制了聚砜中空纤维 N_2—H_2分离膜,研究了料液的浓度、温度、组成及中空纤维壁厚对膜性能的影响,用电镜照片观察和分析了膜的结构并结合相转化原理进行了讨论.
The membrane of N_2-H_2 hollow fiber polysulfone was spun by wet-dry spinning process. The effects of feed concentration, temperature, hollow fiber thickness and wall thickness on membrane performance were investigated. The structure and the principle of phase inversion are discussed.
