小区广播短消息服务是一项和现有短消息服务类似 ,又有其显著特色的一项新兴的增值业务 ,它在PLMN某特殊区域内 ,把具有通用性的短消息按页向网络覆盖的区域单向发送。首先介绍了小区广播短消息系统的组成与网络结构 , 然后对其实现原理以及消息处理机制进行了详细的介绍 ,最后对小区广播的业务范围、性能特点和发展现状做了简要的介绍。
Cell broadcast short message service is an emerging value-added service similar to the existing short message service, but also has its distinctive features. It broadcasts the universal short message to the network in a special area of the PLMN Regional one-way transmission. Firstly, the composition and network structure of the cell broadcast short message system are introduced. Then its implementation principle and message processing mechanism are introduced in detail. Finally, the business scope, performance characteristics and development status of the cell broadcast are introduced briefly.
