阐述用旋转式增量光电编码器改进弹簧重力仪的机械读数系统,把仪器传感器弹簧的线位移转换成角位移并以电脉冲的信号形式提供给计数器进行测量的基本原理;系统用MCS-51单片机作为计数和控制单元,并配备外部数据存储器、数码显示、键盘、串行通信口等,使该仪器具备自动记录、保存和自回放数据的功能。改造后的仪器能大幅度提高工作效率。
The basic principle of using a rotating incremental optical encoder to improve the mechanical reading system of the spring gravimeter is to convert the line displacement of the sensor spring into angular displacement and provide it to the counter as an electrical pulse signal. The system uses the MCS-51 Microcontroller as counting and control unit, and equipped with external data memory, digital display, keyboard, serial communication port, so that the instrument with automatic recording, saving and self-playback of data functions. After the transformation of the instrument can greatly improve work efficiency.
