目的探讨鼻咽通气道在小儿眼科手术麻醉中的可行性。方法选择70例择期眼科手术患儿,采用鼻咽通气道保证呼吸,分别记录基础麻醉前(T0)和置入鼻咽通气道麻醉后1min(T1)、5min(T2)、10min(T3)、20min(T4)、30min(T5)时患儿的SBP,DBP,HR,SPO2,PetCO2,VT,RR。结果 T2、T3时,VT与T0比较有明显差异(P<0.05),其它监测结果与T0比较均无明显差距(P>0.05)。结论应用鼻咽通气道在小儿眼科手术麻醉中,能防止舌后坠、痰堵以及反流误吸,保证呼吸道通畅;且对咽喉部刺激小,可尽快拔管。作者认为此方法安全可行。
Objective To explore the feasibility of nasopharyngeal airway anesthesia in pediatric ophthalmic surgery. Methods Totally 70 children undergoing elective ophthalmic surgery were enrolled in this study. Nasopharyngeal ventilation was used to ensure the respiration. T0, T1, 5 min (T2) and 10 min (T3), respectively, were recorded before anesthesia and nasopharyngeal ventilation SBP, DBP, HR, SPO2, PetCO2, VT, RR of children at 20min (T4), 30min (T5) Results At T2 and T3, there was a significant difference between VT and T0 (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between other monitoring results and T0 (P> 0.05). Conclusion Nasopharyngeal ventilation can prevent the tongue from falling back, phlegm blockage and reflux aspiration in the pediatric ophthalmic surgery anesthesia. It can ensure the airway patency. It also can extubate as soon as possible after stimulating the throat. The author thinks this method is safe and feasible.
