本文首先通过生产条件下加与不加稀土ZG20(RE)铸钢渣罐对比试验,检验实际生产条件下稀土对ZG20钢金相组织、机械性能,抗氧化和抗热疲劳性能的影响以及两种铸钢渣罐的使用寿命.在此基础上,又在试验条件下用相同成分的钢料加入不同量的稀土,进一步研究稀土对铸造性能和一次凝固结晶组织的影响.试验结果表明,稀土对ZG20钢具有显著脱硫、净化网液、细化晶粒、改善铸造性能、提高冲击韧性和抗氧化、抗热疲劳性能的良好作用,并使ZG20RE铸钢渣罐使用寿命提高30%到一倍,经济效益显著.试验研究又揭示了稀土细化ZG20钢晶粒、改善其铸造性能的机理.
In this paper, the effects of rare earth on the microstructure, mechanical properties, oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of ZG20 steel under the actual production conditions were tested by comparing with and without ZG20 (RE) Cast steel slag tank life on this basis, but also under the test conditions with the same composition of steel added different amounts of rare earth, further study on the casting properties and the solidification of the crystalline structure of rare earth.The results show that the rare earth ZG20 steel with significant desulfurization, net liquid purification, grain refinement, improve casting performance, improve impact toughness and anti-oxidation, thermal fatigue resistance of the good role and ZG20RE cast steel slag tank life increased by 30% to double, Significant economic benefits.Experimental studies have also revealed the mechanism of rare earth refinement ZG20 steel grain to improve its casting performance.
