为了降低汽车废气对于大气造成的污染问题,使用污染比较少和经济便宜的汽车燃料非常值得推广,提出了一种基于稀薄燃烧的压缩天然气CNG涡轮增压发动机控制装置方法。采用冷涡轮增压办法,提高了燃气发动机扭矩和功率作用,基于稀薄燃烧传感器和转矩预估冷涡轮燃烧控制策略方法,降低燃料消耗量,同时合理控制冷增压机型抑制改造增压发动机高转速度扭矩,使用相互匹配的CNG燃料发动机,实现对于涡轮增压燃气,提高了发动机使用的可靠性。
In order to reduce the pollution caused by automobile exhaust to the atmosphere, it is worth to promote the use of automotive fuel with less pollution and cheaper economy. A method based on lean burn CNG turbocharged engine control is proposed. The cold turbo method is adopted to improve the torque and power effect of gas engine. Based on the lean combustion sensor and the torque predictive control method of cold turbine combustion, the fuel consumption is reduced, and the cold booster model is restrained to restrain the turbocharged engine High RPM torque, use of CNG fuel engine match each other, to achieve for turbocharged gas, improve the reliability of the engine.
