采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定盐水鹅中镁、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、钼、镉、锡、汞、铅等14种金属元素。样品经硝酸双氧水体系进行消解,基于氢气和氦气的碰撞反应池技术,有效地消除了多原子离子对待测元素的干扰,选用钪、钇、铟、铽、铋等元素为内标混合液校正基体干扰和漂移。该方法测定14种金属元素的线性范围宽,线性相关系数良好(>0.999),检出限低,各金属元素的加标回收率在85.0%~110.0%之间。
Simultaneous determination of 14 metal elements such as magnesium, chromium, manganese, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, molybdenum, cadmium, tin, mercury and lead in saline goose by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) The samples were digested by HNO3 system and the interference of polyatomic ions on the elements to be tested was effectively eliminated based on the collision reaction cell technology of hydrogen and helium.
