目的:建立工作场所空气中二硫化碳的毛细管柱气相色谱测定方法。方法:以毛细管柱对被测样品中的二硫化碳进行分离,火焰光度检测器(FPD)进行检测。结果:二硫化碳浓度在0.02μg/ml~6.0μg/ml呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;检出限为0.02μg/ml,最低检测浓度为0.03 mg/m3(以采集3.0L空气样品计);相对标准偏差小于5.0%,平均回收率为98%。结论:方法各项指标均符合GBZ/T210.4-2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中二硫化碳的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of carbon disulfide in workplace air by capillary gas chromatography. Methods: The carbon disulfide in the sample was separated by capillary column, and detected by flame photometric detector (FPD). Results: The concentration of carbon disulfide showed a good linear relationship between 0.02μg / ml and 6.0μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The detection limit was 0.02μg / ml and the lowest detection limit was 0.03 mg / m3 ). The relative standard deviation was less than 5.0% and the average recovery was 98%. Conclusion: All the indexes of the method are in accordance with the requirements of GBZ / T210.4-2008 Occupational Health Standard Guide - Part 4: Determination of Chemical Substances in the Air at Workplace, which is suitable for the determination of carbon disulfide in the air of workplace.
