目的 了解新合并的综合性大学学生的心理健康状况 ,为开展大学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 ) ,对综合性大学 1 80 8名大学生心理健康状况进行调查。结果 大学生心理问题发生率为 1 5 .93 % ,主要表现为强迫、偏执、恐怖和精神病性等。心理健康总分和除躯体化、其他以外的因子分 ,均明显高于中国常模水平。三年级大学生的心理健康水平高于一、二、四年级 ,尤以四年级为最低。来源于乡村大学生的心理健康水平低于城市和县城的学生。工学、理学和医学专业的学生的心理健康水平明显高于人文、艺术和体育专业的学生。结论 大学生的心理健康状况很不理想 ,应该引起有关方面的高度重视。
Objective To understand the mental health status of newly merged university students and provide a scientific basis for carrying out mental health education among college students. Methods The Self-rating Symptom Inventory (SCL-90) was used to investigate the mental health of 1 808 college students in a comprehensive university. Results The incidence of psychological problems in college students was 15.93%, mainly manifested as coercion, paranoia, terror and psychosis. Mental health score and in addition to somatization, other factors other than points, were significantly higher than the level of China’s norm. Third grade college students’ mental health is higher than the first, second and fourth grade, especially the fourth grade is the lowest. Rural students from the mental health level is lower than the city and county students. Students in engineering, science and medicine have significantly higher mental health than those in humanities, arts and sports. Conclusion The mental health status of college students is not ideal, which should arouse the attention of all parties concerned.
