目的:考察阿魏酸在大鼠的肠吸收情况。方法:运用在体肠灌流模型并采用HPLC法测定阿魏酸在体肠灌流的浓度变化。结论:实验表明阿魏酸的浓度为2~15 mg·L~(-1)时,吸收量与浓度呈线性关系,无高浓度饱和现象,吸收速率常数(Ka)基本保持不变。阿魏酸在大鼠小肠主要以被动扩散方式吸收;在各肠段均有吸收情况没有显著性差异。
Objective: To investigate the intestinal absorption of ferulic acid in rats. Methods: The intestinal perfusion model was established and the concentration of ferulic acid in intestinal perfused was determined by HPLC. Conclusion: The results show that when the concentration of ferulic acid is 2 ~ 15 mg · L -1, there is a linear relationship between the amount of absorption and the concentration, and no saturation of high concentration. The absorption rate constant (Ka) remains basically unchanged. Ferulic acid was mainly absorbed by passive diffusion in the small intestine of rats. There was no significant difference in the absorption in each intestine.
