近年来呼出气凝集液(EBC)的收集和分析在呼吸道疾病炎症状态检测方面已成为关注的焦点。呼出气中H2O2是氧化应激和肺部炎症的标志物之一。吸烟者体内H2O2主要为体内吞噬细胞经氧化还原作用产生[1,2],研究吸烟者H2O2浓度的变化对监测气道炎症、发病机制具有重要意义。对象与方法
In recent years, the collection and analysis of exhaled air condensate (EBC) has become the focus of attention in the detection of inflammatory conditions in respiratory diseases. H 2 O 2 in exhaled breath is one of the markers of oxidative stress and pulmonary inflammation. H2O2 in smokers is mainly produced by redox reaction of phagocytes in vivo [1,2]. It is of great significance to study the changes of H2O2 concentration in smokers to monitor airway inflammation and pathogenesis. Objects and methods
