家庭暴力系指发生在家庭内部,以暴力或非暴力等手段对家庭成员实施身体、精神、性等方面的伤害与摧残的各种行为[1]。本文对186例家庭暴力致死案(事)件进行回顾性分析,探讨案件特点,以供相关部门制定防控措施时参考。
Domestic violence refers to the various acts that occur in the family, such as violence, violence and non-violence, that harm and destroy the physical, mental and sexual aspects of family members. This article retrospectively analyzes 186 cases of domestic violence and death cases, and discusses the characteristics of the case for the reference of relevant departments when making prevention and control measures.
