目的评价肿瘤病人术后肠内营养临床效果,探索、研制符合基层医院应用的科学、经济的肠内营养制剂。方法肿瘤病人180例随机分组,研究组术后肠内营养液选用我科研制的匀浆膳,对照组为家属随意自制流食。分别于术前及术后第10日进行人体测量,实验室检查。结果术后10日研究组体重(WT)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(HGB)、淋巴细胞计数(ALC)等指标较对照组显著提高(P<0.01),下床活动时间明显提前(P<0.01),肛门排气时间明显提前(P<0.01),并发症明显降低(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤病人术后科学肠内营养支持能改善病人营养状况,减少并发症的发生,促进病体康复。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of postoperative enteral nutrition in patients with cancer and to explore and develop a scientific and economical enteral nutrition in line with the application of primary hospital. Methods Tumor patients 180 cases were randomly divided into groups, the study group after enteral nutrition selection of our research homogenate meal, the control group of families free flow of homemade food. Preoperative and postoperative day 10 for human measurement, laboratory tests. Results The indexes of body weight (WT), triceps skin fold thickness (TSF), serum albumin (ALB), hemoglobin (HGB) and lymphocyte count (ALC) were significantly increased in the study group on the 10th postoperative day (P < 0.01). The time of getting out of bed was significantly earlier (P <0.01), the time of anus evacuation was significantly earlier (P <0.01), and the complication was significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusion The scientific postoperative enteral nutrition support for tumor patients can improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of the disease.
