以4-[4-(4羧基苯氧基)苯基]-2-(4-羧基苯基)二氮杂萘-1-酮(DHPZ-DA)、4,4′-二羧基二苯醚(DAPE)和2,2′-二(4-羟基苯基)丙烷(PBA)为原料,采用溶液缩聚法,合成了一系列聚芳酯,其数均分子量在1.2×104~1.7×104之间.通过FTIR和1 H-NMR对聚芳酯结构进行了表征.该系列聚芳酯具有无定形结构,可以溶解于吡啶(Py)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、四氢呋喃(THF)、氯仿和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等极性非质子有机溶剂.该系列聚芳酯的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)随着4-苯基二氮杂萘酮含量增加而升高,最高可达229℃,在N2中10%热失重温度为462~490℃,最大热失重速率温度为480~517℃.该系列聚芳酯可以通过溶液浇铸成膜,聚合物膜具有良好的透明性和韧性,其拉伸强度为61~80 MPa,杨氏模量为0.93~1.38 GPa,断裂伸长率为13%~18%.
