由于大型、特大型、结构复杂的工程项目越来越多;新工艺、新材料的广泛应用;新的融资方式、承发包模式、管理模式的不断出现,都使得工程项目的各系统界面处理难度越来越大。传统的律师参与项目管理的模式已难以适应现代建设工程的要求,本文试图以一种由律师与造价师、招标师、和/或投资咨询师组成团队,共同为业主提供项目管理咨询服务。这种模式也同样适用于为施工方、分包方、设计方等其他项目参与者的项目管理提供的咨询服务。
Due to more and more large, extra-large and complicated structures, the extensive application of new technology and new materials, the new financing modes, the contracting mode and the continuous emergence of management modes all make the system interfaces of the project difficult to deal with getting bigger. The traditional model of lawyer participation in project management has been difficult to meet the requirements of modern construction projects. This article attempts to provide project management consulting services to the owners in a team composed of lawyers and costumer, tendering division, and / or investment consultant. This model is equally applicable to consulting services for project management of other project participants such as constructors, subcontractors and designers.
