食管贲门癌是胸外科常见疾病之一 ,手术治疗 ,术后易发生吻合瘘、乳糜胸、肺部感染等主要并发症。现将防治体会报告如下。1　食管贲门癌手术的特点　　①患者常为高龄 ,有慢性支气管炎、肺气肿等并存病或心肺功能差。②营养状况差、消瘦、血浆蛋白水平低 ,尤其白蛋白水平低。③ Esophageal and cardiac cancer is one of the common diseases in thoracic surgery.
