目的内源性硫化氢(H_2S)干预对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾小球病变的影响。方法把SD大鼠随机分成4组。建立糖尿病大鼠模型后,其中2组分别给以硫氢化钠和DL-propargylglycine治疗8周。免疫组化法检测肾组织中α平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)及纤维粘连蛋白(FN)分布及含量的变化。结果与H_2s组相比,糖尿病大鼠肾脏中α-SMA和FN的分布范围广泛,含量明显增加(P<0.01)。结论外源性H_2S干预能够减缓糖尿病大鼠肾小球病变的进展。
Objective To investigate the effect of endogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on glomerular lesions in diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. After establishment of diabetic rat model, two of them were treated with sodium hydrosulfide and DL-propargylglycine for 8 weeks respectively. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the distribution and content of α-SMA and FN in renal tissue. Results Compared with H 2 s group, the distribution of α-SMA and FN in kidney of diabetic rats was extensive and the content was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Exogenous H 2 S intervention can slow down the progress of glomerular lesions in diabetic rats.
