本文在简要论证“6σ管理”模式应用于我国企业突发事件应急管理领域的适应性的基础上,以应急预防中的“应急预防”不足为例进行案例构造,运用数理统计方法对“6σ管理”模式各环节进行分析,提高应急管理体系的针对性和有效性。其主要流程包括定义应急管理工作中存在的问题、测量相关影响因素、分析最可能的原因并给出改进措施、并运用Minitab控制改进成果,确保高水平良性循环。为企业在其它应急管理领域的不足提供借鉴,最终实现企业全面的持续改进。
On the basis of briefly demonstrating the adaptability of “6σ management” mode to the field of enterprise emergency management in our country and taking the “emergency prevention” in emergency prevention as an example, this paper uses mathematical statistics Analyze various aspects of the “6σ Management” mode to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the emergency management system.
