目的：观察曲美他嗪对于治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗效果。方法选择60例心绞痛患者，随机分两组，30例在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗为治疗组，30例接受常规方法治疗为对照组。结果治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），总有效率差异有统计学意义。结论以曲美他嗪的治疗方案优于以常规方法为主的治疗方案，且能更好地改善心脏和全身的血流动力学，增加心肌供能，减少心肌耗氧，作用时间更持久。“,”Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of trimetazidine QuMei for treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 60 cases of angina patients, randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in conventional therapy plus trimetazidine treatment QuMei as the treatment group, 30 patients received routine treatment as control group. Results the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05), the total efficiency of the difference was statisticaly significant. Conclusion the treatment QuMei trimetazidine is better than with conventional methods of treatment, hemodynamics and better improve the heart and body, increase myocardial energy supply, reduce myocardial oxygen consumption longer action.
