电针厥阴俞与足三里穴位对电刺激家兔下丘脑室旁核(PVH)诱发的室性早搏(ES)均有抑制作用,而以厥阴俞作用较强;电针同侧厥阴俞对电刺激T_(2~3)中间外侧柱(IML)诱发的ES有明显抑制作用,而电针对侧厥阴俞、左和右侧足三里无明显抑制效应。实验提示电针厥阴俞对电刺激PVH诱发的ES比电针足三里有较强的抑制作用,其原理可能是厥阴俞的传入冲动,在下丘脑、中脑中央灰质及同侧T_(2~3)IML两个水平上,对PVH下传的交感性冲动发挥抑制作用,两者效应叠加,故作用较强,而足三里穴的传入冲动可能仅在下丘脑、中脑中央灰质水平发挥抑制作用,故抑制作用较弱。
Electro-acupuncture at Jueyin-yu and Zusanli acupoints could inhibit the premature ventricular contractions (ES) induced by PVH in rabbits, while Jueyin- Yu inhibited electrical stimulation of ES induced by T_ (2 ~ 3) medial lateral column (IML), while electroacupuncture had no significant inhibitory effect on lateral Jue Yin Yu, left and right Zusanli. Experimental results suggest that electro-acupuncture Jueyin Yu on ESR induced by PVH is more effective than electro-acupuncture at Zusanli. The principle may be the afferent impulses of Jueyin-yu in hypothalamus, midbrain central gray matter and ipsilateral T_ ( 2 ~ 3) IML two levels, the transmission of PVH under the sympathetic impulses play an inhibitory effect, the effect of the superposition of the two, so the role of strong, but the impulse of the Tsusanli impulse may be only in the hypothalamus, midbrain central gray level Play a inhibitory effect, so the inhibitory effect is weak.
