“一二·一”运动是抗日战争胜利以后，中国人民的一次民主爱国运动，在这次运动中，人员死伤惨重。关于此次惨案责任追究，笔者认为李宗黄虽然获得国民党当局的认可与支持，但其才是此次惨案的直接制造者。惨案的发生，与李宗黄强硬的军人作风，急功近利的心态、在一二·一运动中激烈的行动关系甚大。而在去李宗黄斗争中，各方对李宗黄的处置产生了巨大的争议，但由于李宗黄始终受到蒋介石的保护，其虽被调离昆明，却没有受到行政处罚，最后反而得以升迁。“,”“Dec·1st movement” was a democratic patriotic movement of the Chinese people after the victory of the Anti Japanese War.
