“人才是企业成败之关键”的观念,在今天已被人们广泛接受.越来越多的企业领导者认识到,企业之间的竞争,包括产品技术在内的一切竞争,实质上是知识的竞争、智力的竞争、人才的竞争.然而,对一种观念的接受,认识它是一个方面,实践它又是一个方面.从某种意义上说,实践一种观念比认识一种观念更为不易.我们不妨来看一看,国外的一些企业、特别是一些知名企业,是如何实践这一观念的.
