将和谐理念运用于军事斗争准备,是实现国防和军队建设科学发展的客观需要,是我军提高战斗力、适应未来作战的本质要求。将和谐理念贯穿于军事斗争准备,要认清人的主体地位,坚持以人为本的价值取向;坚持以人才建设为强军之本。人与武器和谐,提升打赢能力;官兵和谐,保持凝聚力;军地和谐,打牢社会保障基础。
Applying the concept of harmony to preparations for military struggle is an objective requirement for realizing the scientific development of national defense and army building and an essential requirement for our military to enhance combat effectiveness and adapt to future operations. The concept of harmony runs through the preparations for military struggle. We must clearly recognize the dominant position of the people and adhere to the people-oriented values. We must adhere to the principle of building qualified personnel for the sake of strengthening the armed forces. Harmony between man and arms, enhance ability to win and win; officers and soldiers harmony, maintain cohesion; military harmony, lay a solid social security foundation.
