以角动量合成理论为基本依据 ,以内置式稳态滚流测量装置测量所得的滚流试验数据和稳态涡流试验数据为源数据 ,推导了缸内斜轴涡流特性参数的计算公式 ;并利用这些公式计算了 CA1 1 0 2发动机两种缸盖的斜轴涡流特性。结果表明 ,进气门后方具有较大挤气区域的缸盖具有较强的产生缸内斜轴涡流运动的能力 ,同时也具有较稳定的斜轴涡流形态。分析表明 ,挤气区域的这一作用来源于其对进气流的导流作用
Taking the theory of angular momentum synthesis as the basic principle and the tumble flow test data and the steady-state eddy current test data obtained from the built-in steady-state tumble flow measurement device as the source data, the formulas for calculating the eddy current characteristic parameters in the cylinder are derived. The formula calculates the bevel axis eddy current characteristics of CA1 1 0 2 engine cylinder heads. The results show that the cylinder head with larger squish area behind the inlet valve has stronger ability to generate swirling motion in the swash axis of the swash vane and also has a stable skew axis swirling pattern. The analysis shows that this effect of the squish zone comes from its diversion effect on the intake air flow
