为了研究超声对材料力学行为 (屈服极限 ,硬化率 ,塑性变形 )的影响 ,设计研制了一套超声疲劳拉伸实验装置 ;该装置主要由超声波发生器、超声波换能器、超声波变幅杆等组成 .同时利用该装置对紫铜进行了疲劳拉伸实验 ,并得到了一些新的结果 ,诸如 :材料屈服点降低、硬化率降低等 .
In order to study the effect of ultrasound on the mechanical behavior of the material (yield limit, hardening rate, plastic deformation), a set of ultrasonic fatigue tensile testing device was designed and developed.
