患者刘××,女性,年龄8个月,怀远县人,于1977年9月来本市第二人民医院眼科就诊。其家长主诉,患儿近十几天来眼睛发红、流泪,眼屎很多。经检查发现左眼球结膜充血,分泌物较多,并在上结膜囊处见有白色线状虫体。经滴的卡因后,用镊子取出虫体四条。患眼用0.25％氯霉素眼药水及金霉素眼药膏给予治疗。 四条虫体为二雌二雄,线状,乳白色,表皮有许多横纹,头端缺唇,有内外乳突两
