近年来,随着国民生活水平的不断提高,对电能的需求量日益增大,为了满足人们日益增长的电量需求,电网规模逐步扩大。为了确保电网供电的安全性、可靠性、经济性、灵活性,智能电网这一概念被提出。由于电力部门在生产电能的过程中,需要消耗大量的煤炭资源,从而造成了温室气体排放量过大,这与低碳环保的理念相背离,为了改变这一现状,建立低碳电力系统就显得尤为重要,而在实际建设过程中,应当以智能电网作为支撑来实现这一目标。基于此点,现就智能电网对低碳电力系统的支撑作用展开探究。
