近年来的研究显示 ,ω- 3多烯脂肪酸有调节血脂及血液粘稠度、抗炎、抗癌及抗衰老等多方面的作用。人体所需的ω- 3多元不饱和脂肪酸只能从食物中摄取 ,以鱼油中含量最高。ω- 3多烯脂肪酸的主要有效成分为二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸 ,但因其从鱼油中获得有诸多缺点 ,故人们研究如何利用微生物大量生产二十碳五烯酸。根据国外的研究 ,对产生二十碳五烯酸的潜在生产菌 ,二十碳五烯酸的生物合成途径及影响因素等作了总结。
In recent years, studies have shown that ω-3 polyene fatty acids regulate blood lipids and blood viscosity, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-aging and many other aspects. The human body required omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids can only be taken from food, the highest content of fish oil. The major active ingredients of ω-3 polyene fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, but because of their many drawbacks derived from fish oil, people have been studying how to use microbes to produce a large amount of eicosapene acid. According to foreign studies, the biosynthetic pathways and influencing factors of eicosapentaenoic acid-producing potential bacteria, eicosapentaenoic acid and so on were summarized.
