In order to explore the impact of butadiene on the liver, 44 young workers exposed to butadiene, polymerization, monomer plant and long-term low-concentration butadiene in a rubber plant of a certain company were inspected for liver B-test and liver function test, respectively Compared with the young workers in the thermal power plant who are basically the same in production conditions and do not touch any poison, the young workers who have been exposed to low concentrations of butadiene for a long time are tracked and compared with each other. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the B-mode ultrasonography and the observation group in the maximum oblique diameter of the right lobe and the anteroposterior diameter of the right lobe (P <0.05), and the liver function test was slightly higher than that of the control group Significance. Liver biopsies in the observation group were compared with each other. After 4 years, all diameters of the liver were increased (P <0.001) compared with 4 years ago. Test results show that long-term exposure to low concentrations of butadiene may have some impact on the liver
