人力资源管理是企业战略管理的一项重要内容 ,而人力资源的开发又是人力资源管理的核心.该文从企业人力资源战略管理的角度出发 ,指出知识经济时代企业人力资源管理与开发的重要意义 ,同时指出企业的人力资源管理与开发工作必须转变旧观念、确立新思维 ,探讨了培训的方式、方法和内容“,”The training and opening-up human resource is the core of the human resource management, and the latter constitutes the important content of the enterprises strategic management. From the angle of enterprises management, this article points out that the work of training and opening-up human resource is very valuable, old ideas should be changed, new thoughts, methods as well as content of training should be established so as to make the staff become the training center.
