尿毒症脑病多发生在慢性肾衰的终末期。以往采用的保守疗法病死率很高,几达百分之百。但透析治疗却可挽救患者的生命。现将本人从1986年以来用腹膜透析为主的综合疗法治疗的9例尿毒症脑病报告如下。 Uremic encephalopathy occurs in the terminal stage of chronic renal failure.
