脑电图的α波是评定大脑功能的重要客观指标。对117例运动员脑电图α波的主要成份进行分析认为;1.运动员的α指数,α频率,α串长于少年时期已达成人水平,而α波平均波幅及最高波幅均随年龄增长而降低,沉静期则随年龄增长有延长趋势;2.少年运动员神经细胞代谢较旺盛,内抑制较差;3.女运动员大脑细胞代谢强度较大,沉静期长于男性,可能为保护性抑制较强。本文还在117例运动员脑电图α波的主要成份之间求相关,这些数据可为运动员脑电图的科研工作提供依据。
The alpha wave of EEG is an important objective measure of brain function. The analysis of the main components of the electroencephalogram α-wave in 117 athletes shows that: 1. The α-index, α-frequency and α-strings of athletes have reached the adult level in juvenile period, while the average and maximum amplitude of α wave decrease with age , The quiet period with the increase of age have an extension trend; 2. juvenile athletes neurons metabolism is exuberant, less inhibited; 3. female athletes brain cells greater metabolic intensity, the quiet period longer than the male, may be protective and strong inhibition. This article is also related to the 117 main components of the EEG alpha wave of athletes, these data provide the basis for the scientific research of EEG.
