目的 测定何首乌毛状根中大黄酚的含量。方法 用发根农杆菌 Ri 15 834菌株感染何首乌茎、叶外植体 ,均可诱导出毛状根 ,并能合成大黄酚 ,采用薄层扫描法测定毛状根中大黄酚。结果 毛状根中大黄酚的含量为0 .0 16 4%。结论 该毛状根具有典型的毛状根形态特征 ,大黄酚含量低于何首乌药材。
Objective To determine the content of chrysophanol in hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum. Methods Agrobacterium rhizogenes Ri 15 834 strain was used to infect the stem and leaf explants of Polygonum multiflorum. Hairy roots could be induced and chrysophanol could be synthesized. The chrysophanol in hairy roots was determined by TLC scanning. Results The content of chrysophanol in hairy roots was 0.0164%. Conclusion The hairy root has typical hairy root morphological characteristics. The content of chrysophanol is lower than that of Polygonum multiflorum.
