以矿井已然普遍形成的完善的工业以太网为技术着眼点,探讨并设计了基于Wi Fi的煤矿救援机器人无线监测系统。监测系统硬件方面,主要运用PC、无线AP和探测终端设备;软件方面,则利用VS2010开发环境编程生成地面综合监控界面。监测系统的测试运行结果表明:此系统网络性能良好,设备间响应快、延时短,数据传输实时性强、可信度高。
Based on the well-established industrial Ethernet, which has been widely formed in mines, this paper discusses and designs a wireless monitoring system for coal mine rescue robots based on Wi Fi. Monitoring system hardware, the main use of PC, wireless AP and detection terminal equipment; software, the use of VS2010 development environment programming to generate ground integrated monitoring interface. The test results of the monitoring system show that the system has good network performance, fast response between devices, short delay, strong real-time data transmission and high credibility.
