目的对液相色谱-质谱/质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定动物源性食品中克伦特罗残留量进行了不确定度分析评定,分析其不确定度来源,控制克伦特罗结果的质量。方法依据GB/T22286-2008对肉制品中克伦特罗残留量进行检测,按检测过程依据JJF1059.1-2012,对克伦特罗残留量各分量进行不确定度分析。结果单次测定不确定度达0.62μg/kg,其主要分量是待测液在标准曲线上求值所引入的分量和重复性分量,分别为70.00%和30.00%,相对不确定度达28.00%,以6次平均值报告结果为ρ=(2.18±0.25)μg/kg,相对不确定度11.50%。结论液质质法测定克伦特罗残留量不确定度较大,根据待测液浓度制备跨度较小标准曲线和多次重复测定是减小不确定度的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the uncertainty of the determination of clenbuterol in animal-derived food by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry / mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS), analyze the sources of uncertainty, control the clenbuterol outcome the quality of. Methods According to GB / T22286-2008, the residual clenbuterol in meat products was tested. According to the test procedure according to JJF1059.1-2012, the uncertainty of each component of clenbuterol residue was analyzed. Results The single measurement uncertainty was 0.62μg / kg. The main component was the components and repeatability components of the test solution on the standard curve, which were 70.00% and 30.00%, respectively. The relative uncertainty reached 28.00% The results were reported as ρ = (2.18 ± 0.25) μg / kg as 6 averages, with a relative uncertainty of 11.50%. Conclusions The determination of clenbuterol residue by liquid mass spectrometry is more uncertain. It is an effective method to reduce the uncertainty by preparing a standard curve of small span and repeated measurement according to the concentration of test solution.
