本刊讯:2013年12月17日,“中国白酒3C计划”江南大学研究组首次会议召开。中国酒业协会白酒分会宋书玉秘书长从产业、行业角度就“中国白酒3C计划”创新产学研合作模式、企业和研究单位的合作方式等几个方面进行了全面阐述,对研究单位和参与企业提出了具体要求和殷切希望。江南大学副校长徐岩教授在讲话中首先回顾与总结了“中国白酒169计划”的成果,对“中国白酒3C计划”的研究思路、方案进行了全面阐述,重点就中国白酒质量与安全、风味物质应用研究、功能微生物应用研究三方面提出了具体的要求和目标。参会企业依据自身实际情况,就“中国白酒3C计划”项目实施中的具体细节问题提出了许多建设性建议。会议上关于企业样品配送的相关事宜也进行了详细的安排
