目的了解北京市顺义区居民就餐行为习惯,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法通过等比例多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,对该区12个社区1 434户常住居民进行问卷调查,每户通过随机数字表随机调查15~79岁居民1人。结果该区77.5%的居民经常吃自制早餐,食堂是在外就餐的主要地点,午餐、晚餐、夜宵经常在外用餐的居民其超重和肥胖率高于其他人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。94.9%和56.6%的居民经常吃蔬菜和水果,56.9%的居民极少或不食用奶或奶制品。结论该区居民就餐行为不够合理,需要加强健康教育和干预,以促使居民养成健康的就餐行为和习惯。
Objective To understand the eating behavior habits of residents in Shunyi District of Beijing and provide a scientific basis for formulating interventions. Methods A total of 1 434 permanent residents from 12 communities in the district were surveyed by the method of equal proportion and multi-stage cluster sampling. Each household randomly selected 1 resident aged 15-79 years through a random number table. As a result, 77.5% of the residents in the district often eat homemade breakfast. The canteen is the main place for eating out. The overweight and obesity rates of residents who dine frequently for lunch, supper and supper are higher than those of other groups (P <0.05) . 94.9% of residents and 56.6% of residents regularly eat vegetables and fruits, and 56.9% of residents have little or no milk or dairy products. Conclusion Residents in this area are not eating enough food properly and need to strengthen health education and intervention so as to encourage residents to develop healthy eating behaviors and habits.
